It’s a SaaS software that gives the opportunity to schools to serve their student’s transportation, and also for companies to facilitate transportation to their employees for their daily work day.
While it’s a SaaS solution it let the schools to add their packages with duration and prices to help the parents to subscribe to daily trips.
Small transportation agencies can register and offer their services to and provide taxi trips with their cars or buses too, also they can add their own drivers or let the drivers online apply to work with them
Also, it has an Admin Panel for Master & Business users.

Full SaaS Solution

Routes management
Control the available Routes for the Cars and related Driver.
- – Single Route at least should be created at the beginning
- – Destination latitude & longitude is required
Pickup & Destination Locations
Each parent can add pickup & destination for his student.
- – Pickup & Destination locations should be inserted from the Parents APP
- – Admin should assign the Pickup-Destination Locations to the nearest Route
Route Trips Monitoring
Daily route trips for students & employees with fixed times.
- – Business provider should create his routes and set the morning & evening trip times
- – Businesses can track the trip from Admin panel on Trips page
- – Parents & employees can track the trip through the APP
Taxi Trips
Parents & Employees can book taxi trips with preset times.
- – The user can create his taxi trip and set pickup & destination
- – Businesses should set the cost to let the customer confirm and pay online
- – User can pay online or request to pay in cash
- – Commission will be added to the driver’s balance once the trips are completed and paid
Pickup days
Set the pickup or school days that the student should be picked up.
- – Pickup days should be inserted from the Parents APP
- – If pickup-day is off, the new trips will not include the student
Drivers Management
Drivers can send work applications to any business provider.
- – Driver should sign through the APP and complete his personal information
- – Driver password is generated automatically and will be sent through Email
- – He should choose a business to apply with it
- – Business owner can approve or reject the request to join his team
Parents account
A parent should create their own account and their children’s information
- – He should add his children to choose a business provider for him
- – Also he can make taxi trip requests through his account
Employees account
Employee should create his account and complete his profile
- – Locations, information and pickup days should be configured
- – He can choose a business provider to subscribe
Supervisor account
A supervisor account is optional for each business route
- – Supervisor location should be added and assigned from the business dashboard
Vehicles Management
Each business should create its vehicle types and its vehicles to assign to its driver & route.
- – Vehicles have a capacity option for the limit of pickups
- – Vehicle location tracked by the driver APP
Invoicing system
The system has its own invoices, and the business provider has its own.
- – System admin can see his invoices for system subscription payments
- – Business providers have his invoices from package subscriptions and taxi trip payments
Wallet system
All Business providers and drivers have wallets including credit balance and debit balance
– Each driver has a personal wallet with a credit balance of the taxi trip commissions.
– Each business provider has a business wallet for online payments balance after deducting the system commission.
Withdrawal system
All Business providers and drivers can send Withdrawal requests with a custom payment method
Collected cash
The business provider should collect the cash paid for taxi trips from the driver’s wallet in cash for debit reconciliation.
Vacations
A parent can add a vacation for his student to remove him from the trip location for the selected day.
Driver speed limit
Each business should set its route speed limit for drivers and they will get an alarm if they exceed it.
Packages
Each business should create at least one package to let users subscribe to.
Driver applicants
Business providers can allow/deny receiving work applications from drivers to join their team.
Business applicants
Business providers can allow/deny to receive applications from parents and employees to join one of their routes.
